Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WIXSYNC ("the Service", "our platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use WIXSYNC. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Our Services

WIXSYNC provides a CSV conversion service that allows users to convert product catalogs from Shopify and WooCommerce into Wix-compatible CSV formats. Our services include:

• Conversion of Shopify product CSV files to Wix V1 and V3 formats
• Conversion of WooCommerce product CSV files to Wix V1 and V3 formats
• Automatic detection of product types (simple, variable, variants)
• Downloadable converted output files via your dashboard

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

User Accounts

To use WIXSYNC, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes. WIXSYNC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Points & Payments

WIXSYNC operates on a points-based system. Each point equals one product conversion. Points are purchased through our platform and processed securely via Stripe.

• New accounts receive 3 free points upon registration
• Points are deducted per product at the time of conversion
• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active

All prices are displayed in USD. WIXSYNC reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect already purchased points.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WIXSYNC only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to:

• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Resell or redistribute converted files on behalf of third parties without authorization

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination, against users who violate this section.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, branding, and technology on the WIXSYNC platform — including but not limited to our conversion engine, interface, and documentation — is owned by WIXSYNC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the CSV files you upload and the converted output files you download. By uploading files to WIXSYNC, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process those files solely for the purpose of delivering the conversion service.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WIXSYNC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Converted output files will be 100% accurate in all cases
• The service will meet your specific business requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIXSYNC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Errors or inaccuracies in converted output files
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to WIXSYNC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

WIXSYNC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Unused points will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WIXSYNC shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by email.

Your continued use of WIXSYNC after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.
