Simply create a free account — no credit card required. You'll receive 3 free conversion points immediately. Then head to the Converter in the navigation menu, upload your Shopify or WooCommerce CSV, and download your Wix-ready files.

WIXSYNC currently supports Shopify and WooCommerce product CSV exports. Both are converted to Wix-compatible formats — outputting both V1 (Classic Store) and V3 (New Store) CSVs in a single download.

V1 is the schema for the Classic Wix Store (older stores). V3 is the schema for the new Wix Stores experience. WIXSYNC generates both formats in a single ZIP download so you're covered regardless of which version your Wix store uses.

Our engine automatically detects simple vs. variable products. For WooCommerce, it identifies simple, variable, and variation rows and maps them to the correct Wix PRODUCT, VARIANT, and MEDIA row structure. Attributes, SKUs, prices, and weights are all mapped correctly.

In Shopify, go to Products → All Products → Export. Choose "All Products" and export as a CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet applications. Upload that file directly to WIXSYNC.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce → Products → Export. Export all products as a CSV file. Make sure to include all columns. Upload that file to WIXSYNC's WooCommerce Converter.

1 point = 1 product conversion. When you run a conversion, points are deducted based on the number of products in your CSV file. New accounts start with 3 free points. You can purchase more points at any time from the Buy Points page.

No — your points do not expire as long as your account remains active. You can purchase points in advance and use them whenever you need them.

All point purchases are final and non-refundable as per our Terms of Service. However, if you experienced a technical error that caused incorrect point deduction, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate promptly.

First, make sure your CSV was exported correctly from Shopify or WooCommerce using the standard export tool. Common causes include: missing required columns, incorrect file encoding, or uploading the wrong file type. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your file attached.

Wix imports product images using the URLs from your CSV. If your images were hosted on Shopify or WooCommerce and you've already migrated, those URLs may no longer be accessible. Make sure your image URLs are publicly accessible before importing to Wix.

Wix will show a row-by-row error report after import. Common issues include: missing mandatory fields like name or price, incorrect fieldType values, or duplicate handles. Review the error report and make the required adjustments. If you need help, contact our support team.
